Performance characteristics:
1. Compact mixing structure, easy operation and maintenance, convenient installation and repair;
2. The impeller adopts an excellent hydraulic design structure, high efficiency, and no winding and blockage phenomenon;
3. The cable outlet adopts a special structure, eliminating the possibility of water leakage, electric leakage, short circuit, and stator coil burnout caused by accidental factors such as manual pulling, cable jacket breakage, and cable aging, effectively reducing the probability of failures caused by water ingress in the upper part of the unit.
4. Considering the possible conditions during the starting and operation of the submersible mixer, multiple early warning sensors have been incorporated internally, including leakage in the wiring room, motor cavity, and oil chamber cavity, as well as temperature rise in the upper and lower bearings and motor windings. The external control cabinet includes protection against phase loss, short circuits, overcurrents, and water level control.
5. The submersible mixer uses three bearings: an upper self-lubricating bearing with a sealed cover, a lower thrust bearing, and a ball bearing. The structure ensures that all bearings operate under effective lubrication conditions, improving the service life of the bearings and mechanical seals, and reducing pump vibration and noise.
