Product Use:
This series of non-clogging pumps features a large open channel with high efficiency and non-clogging characteristics, making it easier to convey large volumes of solids and long fibers. The spiral impeller will automatically rotate into soft solids, preventing clogging at the inlet. This pump has a wide range of applications. Material selection and industry-leading efficiency allow for a broad range of applications, including: chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, mining, papermaking, cement, steel, power generation, coal processing industries, and urban sewage treatment plant water supply and drainage systems, construction sites, rainwater/flood control, irrigation, industrial water supply, aquaculture, water parks, etc., for conveying sewage and waste containing particles and fibers.
Product Usage Conditions:
1. Three-phase AC power supply with a motor rated voltage of 380V and a frequency of 50Hz.
2. Conveying medium temperature not exceeding 40℃, PH value of 4～10, density less than 1.1×103kg/m3, solid phase volume up to 20%.
