Hydraulic components were optimized using Ansys-CFX software to improve pump hydraulic performance.

Product Structure Characteristics:

1. Hydraulic components were optimized using Ansys-CFX software to improve pump hydraulic performance.

2. Ansys software was used for scientific calculation and analysis of the pump structure, improving bearing and mechanical seal life, and reducing pump vibration and noise.

3. The WQH pump uses a submersible motor drive, allowing for both submersible and dry operation. It is equipped with a self-circulating cooling system to ensure normal pump operation.

4. For pumps pumping media containing a large amount of fiber, a cutting and tearing device is installed at the inlet to ensure that the pump will not be blocked or jammed by fibers and solid particles, preventing sudden vibrations.

5. The cable outlet uses a special structure to eliminate water leakage, electrical leakage, short circuits, and stator coil burnout caused by accidental factors such as manual pulling, cable jacket breakage, and cable aging, effectively reducing the probability of malfunctions due to water ingress into the upper part of the unit.

6. Considering the situations that may occur during pump startup and operation, multiple early warning sensors are built-in, including leakage in the wiring room, motor cavity, and oil chamber, as well as temperature rise in the upper and lower bearings and motor coils. The external control cabinet includes protection against phase loss, short circuits, overcurrent, and water level control.

7. The product pump uses three sets of mechanical seals. A buffer chamber is added, and a small amount of water leaking normally from the lower end shaft seal gathers in the buffer seal chamber. Under the multiple protection of the three sets of mechanical seals and the large-capacity aggregation effect of the buffer chamber, the reliability of the seal is increased, and the product can operate reliably.

8. The auxiliary impeller structure is used to balance the external pressure of the mechanical seal, preventing water from entering the oil chamber and thus extending the service life of the electric pump.
